These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToDo's AI ("we," "us," or "our"), including our iOS application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ToDo's AI is an iOS application that connects to your Gmail account via read-only OAuth access, analyzes your emails using artificial intelligence, and suggests structured tasks based on the content of those emails.
The Service provides suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, acting on, and verifying all suggested tasks. We do not guarantee that every actionable email will be identified or that every identified email is actually actionable.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@todosai.net if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
The Service requires you to grant read-only access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0. By granting this access, you authorize us to:
We will not send emails, delete emails, modify labels, or take any other action on your Gmail account. You may revoke access at any time through Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Task suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect. You acknowledge that:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
All charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain ownership of your data (including email content). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed tasks, missed deadlines, lost data, or lost opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
